What shipping options are available?

We offer shipping through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. All shipping options and pricing will be available while you’re checking out so you can pick which one is best for you.


Are there any shipping delays?

Shipping delays may occur when a wrong address is entered for an order. If for any reason a shipping company can not deliver the order you will be notified. It is possible for there to be slight delays during the holiday seasons.


Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, we ship to both Alaska and Hawaii.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. If you’re ordering from outside of the US you will be presented with the correct shipping options. Any fees from importing or customs will vary and are the responsibility of the customer. Fees may very. Please give us a call or send us an email if you would like us to help you calculate the best and least expensive method.


How long do I have to return an item?

We allow returns within 30 days of when the product was purchased for a full refund or credit. Any custom or special orders are final sale and not eligible to be returned. The shipping fees for returning an item are the customer’s responsibility.
